POOL PASSES! 

In order to receive 2025 Pool Pass you must: 

• be current on all HOA assessments 

• BRING previously issued POOL PASS 

• complete the application (application can be printed by clicking Pool Pass Application) 

• review Pool Rules

• bring photo ID

• if renting, bring a copy of current lease (to leave on file) along with owner/property manager contact information

• ONE pass will be issued per house ($20 replacement fee for lost, stolen or discarded passes)

• after May 8, Pool passes will be distributed at the Select Group office located at 2224 Virginia Beach Blvd Ste 201, Virginia Beach, VA 23454 to be issued 2023 pool pass. Be sure to bring old pass (or $20 replacement fee), ID and copy of lease (if renter) with you.
